  They mail you an pre-approval letter, when you fill the form out online it tells you they can help but need a bit more information gives you an option to have a call back and you pick date and time but that nevers happens then when you call the office you get told it was denied but on website it tells you it is still processing these people sure don't know what they doing the only thing they did do it putting hard enquiries on the credit report i would give zero stars if i could

  Mariner is ready to provide all of the answers to your financial questions. They have guided and helped me aquire some of my financial needs. They are the caring professionals who will map a plan for your budget and financial success. Mariner is family and friend oriented. They gladly offer financial stability to your friends and family. Mariner is no secret. In fact, I found Mariner during a title pawn spiral. They became that beacon of light needed during my storm. I was drowning, in need of debt relief.   Great experience!! Thanks to Pamela Bales and staff!!! They were extremely helpful!! EXCELLENT customer service!!! They were very patient and professional. I have truly found a GREAT finance company!! Looking to do further business with them!!

  It's high intrest loans (typical) but the staff seems fair enough. The staff is receiving the 4 stars. The company itself is just a typical 2 to 3 star.
