  First time around I was approved with the company that online. Second time I was able to go into the location and put a friendly face with the voice over the phone. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and courteous. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

  Bait and switch. I was told I would be given a 12 months same as cash loan for the purchase of an air conditioner. Instead they put me on a 5 year loan with interest that will cost me an additional $700. If I knew they were going to do this i would have just paid cash. Every time I call I get told that there is no interest as if I can't see it myself. This company is fraudulent! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  Application process was quick and easy. Manager was very professional but friendly. I was in the office and had my money in approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

  Speaking of the Champaign, IL location...rarely can you get anyone to answer the phone. They are not truthful in what they originally tell you over the phone. Very poor customer service.
