  Had a GREAT experience with Mariner Finance! Douglas was super helpful, as were others that weren’t even directly dealing with our stuff. He helped get the documents all sorted quickly and worked with us in every aspect. Would definitely use them again and again.

  I applied online and was approved for a loan. Made an appointment to go in and sign for the loan. They had to change my appointment time twice, from 430 to 530 to 630. When I arrived, they said the application I submitted was lost, so they had to redo it, to do that they had to re-pull my credit score (another hard inquiry). They closed at 7, it was around 7 by this time and they said they couldn't process it that day, I'd have to come back a different day. Its an hour and 45 min round trip for me. Needless to say I never did get the loan. I've never seen a company so unprofessional before in my life.
