  I could not be more pleased with the loan process. The pleasant, friendly and professional manner of the person who assisted me, helped me to relax quickly as we proceeded through the process. She helped me complete the paperwork in such a warm and understanding manner with no sense of hurriedness or frustration as it was taking me a while to get used to the process. I really enjoyed the time I spent with her as she laughed at my silly jokes and I felt a connection that some people can't build. She was excellent and I can't give any suggestions as to how to improve her skills. She has it all.!
