  Stay away and waste of time promised a decision on credit next day and to call at 11am. and employee didn't show. Then was told to call after 9:30am today nothing was "processed". I was told to call back later no decision was done and told another 40 minutes called and was hung up on. So I hope I don't have a loan floating around in my name

  Mariner Finance and staff have always been professional, caring and working hard to accommodate the needs of their customers..And their differents ways of paying definitely is accomadating..They are the most courteous people I have met..Thanks for all your professionalism.

  Went there to check on a loan for my friend when my friend would get a loan there in the past it would be for us both so we both paid on it ...I'm not going to mention my friends name...but we have paid thousands back here that was borrowed they where always paid in full....a woman met me at the door I had never seen her before...I didn't notice any of the workers I remember from when we got loans before...I was met at door by a long haired woman who acted to me as if she could care less if we got a loan there or not I had my friends proof of income I was wanting to let this person look at it and see what kinda loan my friend could get...the woman wouldn't even look at the proof of income she said my friend could call her and give her social security number to her on phone and she could apply for a loan...I had all the information in my hand my friend was in the vehicle there where no customers there at that time...this person wouldn't even take the time to look at the proof of income....and as far as applying for another loan....NO THANKS ...what little I talked to her was enough for me....my opinion she was very unprofessional...and apparently had better things to do than wait on a customer...🤔I know if I had dealt with one of the workers from before...we would had the loan already...because they appreciated how the bill was always paid every month and how it always got paid off ...I had it in my mind about getting a loan there again...but after her not wanting to take the time to do her job instead of haveing a repeat customer they lost a customer we will never go back there.....

  This place is a joke, there rude and have been asked not call while at work and yet they still call everyday, 2 to 3 times a day.

  I dont care much for this finance company i used to use them when i needed a loan...but i go elsewhere anymore when i need a loan....
