  I got a pre approved offer in the mail of up to $3,000 without going to a branch. I got online did the application and entered the offer code and at the end of the application I was told we may be still able to help you that you need to call your local branch. I called my local branch and I was denied. Why even send me a pre approval if your just going to deny me?

  Terrible place with terrible service. Sent me an unsolicited loan check that I thought would be similar to other competitors’ loan checks I’d received in the past. It came at an opportune time so I gave them a shot. Worst financial decision I ever made. They made no contact about when my payment was due until my payment was late. Then they changed their business name. They never sent requested information. After a year into the loan, I still owed more than I originally borrowed. Thank God for a stimulus bill to help pay this off in a lump sum or I guess I’d be paying them forever. There’s a lot of competition in this market any you can absolutely find someone better to deal with. Why is zero stars not an option?

  Everyone was very professional and polite. They made the entire process extremely easy and quick. I can't remember the lady's name that processed my loan but she was awesome!

  Really wouldn’t even give them a single star but even tho chase was nice this company is so screwed up. Told me for a week solid, even approached me wanting to give me the loan and the day I was gonna go up there all of a sudden we can’t do the loan sorry. But I have no good explanation, nothing on my credit changed in that short amount of time. It was just simply we cannot do it anymore. Bad business if you ask me.
