  It went fast and professionally done. The staff was friendly. Wish I would have what I asked for, but I totally understand. Monthly payment almost about the same. I have no complaints. Thank you for your professional service.

  Do not expect them to abide by there word in any agreement you may have with them they will say one thing and do another any chance that they get. I will never have any dealings with them again

  The bottom line is Mariner Finance gave me a far better rate than many other financial companies. Before I even visited their office, I knew what my monthly payments would be to consolidate my outstanding debts into an affordable payment.   My wife and I had a prior loan. Since the virus started. We got very sick. I lost hours, wife lost job. They were understanding and helped us refinance and get extra cash in order to cash up on our bills that we are a couple months behind on.

  Paid off my loan and they couldn't find my TITLE to my CAR! Are you kidding me guys! But wait, there's more... They sent me to the DMV 😱 to get a duplicate title with the incorrect information on their request form AND sent a check for the DMV (wait for the kicker) that was $short the fees due. I had to cover the rest! 3 hours of my life I cannot get back! Frustrated! 😢

  The staff was very professional, as we sat waiting the manager kept us updated while our loan was being prepared. Plus the manager took the time to show us various payback options. We are very satisfied.

  Worst customer service ever!! they are very nosey, ask far more personal questions than what is needed for loan approval!! They were THE ONLY company not willing to help with a payment deferment due to hurricane evacuation when my account has been in good standing for over a year. Once this is paid off I will NEVER use them again and definitely will NEVER refer any customers to them
