  Marian Sablan is an amazing loan officer! Not only did she get us into a home in roughly 3 weeks but she is pleasant and straight forward with information and kept us in the loop from start to finish. At the end we asked ourselves did we really just buy a house this fast?!?! This was our second transaction over the years with Marian and I can't imagine doing a mortgage loan with anyone else, I wouldn't want to.   We loved having Marian be able to help us in our very first home purchase. We knew nothing of the process but she did the best she could to simply things for us in a way we would understand. Closing came down to the wire for us as far as leaving our rental and moving into our purchase but Marian really did the absolute best she could to pull everything together as quickly as possible.
