  I recently worked with Daniella Smolanick to purchase a term life policy. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance products. Daniella provided us with many pricing and policy options and patiently worked with my wife and I to answer any questions and help us compose a plan that best fit our financial needs. She was polite, professional and very easy to work with. My wife and I are satisfied with our purchase and would gladly work with her again for any future insurance needs.

  The Dahlo family has been using this Agency for the past 18 years. We have found the staff to be very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. From the day we walked through the door and spoke with Maria Lucic, we never regretted our decision to ensure with this agency. We were new in town and other agencies did not want to ensure us.   They are froud . I done business insurance from them (att;Arun) He charged the money . But after then they never work for me. I sent to them when they ask some documents . (From:Arun) But he always respond the late or never answer until i asked agian. But i got problem window. So i called to him (Arun)many times to help to open the claim. He said yes to help me. But he never call me back and then.never response the request. But today i called to him again. But He said CANCEL IT without reason. And then just hang up the phone I still upset to find sovle the problem by myself They are really never responsible for client

  My agent Luis Tavarez has been my guardian angel. I was a Liberty Mutual customer for over 15 years. After price hikes and segmentation due to my zip code my rates increased because of other customers accidents in my area, at least that was the explanation I was given when I inquired about a $200 increase over the previous year on my account with no accidents. I immediately began researching my options. I found StateFarm and Luis and I must say StateFarm has been good to me. My monthly charges were reasonable, fair and very affordable for my family. I received the same level of coverage for both my vehicles and my home and the cost was cheaper than my former policy before the increase. Luis is always available to speak with me and if not he will always call me right back. He remains very familiar with my situation and has helped me in numerous ways manage my families insurance needs. He even looks for additional ways I can save money or receive discounts if available. While I can speak to any agent as they are all very knowledgeable and competent, I will only talk to Luis as I truly feel he has my best interest in heart as a customer. We have a bond now and even speak before special holidays to wish each other well. I’m glad I found Luis and StateFarm, best decision I have made in years. Thanks Maria, you definitely have a gem! 🤗

  I had a geico insurance for 7 years. Now I just switched to State Farm because of course rate was much cheaper but Lori who works here was so friendly and absolutely professional.

  Gm I been with State Farm over 4yrs n I’m 48yrs old female my quote was good now they are tell me my payment went up because of COVID-19 n there are more ppl driving on the road! I told don’t make since ppl are jobless n homeless n because of Covid-19 most places are giving discounts not try to rob ppl in this situation! They are heartless!!!

  I am so deeply sorry to hear about your situation. Throughout COVID State Farm took huge decreases and gave back premiums to customers as well as extending payments earning accolades for their programs. Unfortunately rates are impacted by various factors and having more people out driving and having accidents impacts all of us. I know our team made some recommendations on how to work on lowering the rate. Hopefully that is something you look into. Please also know my office doesn't control the rates or set them. We are your agency to help you with the products you have. I truly hope that our service over the last 4 years has met your approval. We do strive to provide unsurpassed service to our customers.
