  Margaret Smethers did an excellent job in working with me to close three loans in a timely manner. She is very much a professional and it shows though her work. She goes above and beyond from the beginning to the end of the close of the loan. She ensures everything is perfect. If you're looking for someone efficient, she is your go to person.
