  No call back , no text back from listing agent Phil Sambazis, what a business practice, i am not used to. Either list and care or unlist, but this is not correct towards the seller at all. Unprofessional and rude conduct.

  I received a phone call at 5 AM informing me that ali valiahdi wants to buy a property that I don't even own. Thanks for helping me get a head start on the day.

  Signed a long listing agreement with Greg Colligan who acted like the contract was more of a formality but after a few months of no offers I asked him to pull it off because I knew we needed to get some work done before even listing it but this guy didn't care. Anyways he informs me If we cancel early we are required to pay the commission and will likely be sued for it. I let him keep the listing and a couple months pass by and he brings me these LOW ball offers and calls me up acting like he's got good news for us I told him not to call me anymore after threatening to sue us and if he needs anything he can email me. He responds back with I can have the listing back now and then tells me "good luck getting out of that pocket" maybe if he was that honest from the start all of this could have been avoided. #clown!

  Stay away! Their salesman Ross Sanchez repeatedly spam calls me with a passive aggressive sales pitch, even though I have repeatedly asked him to place me on their Do Not Call list. From my experience, any company that relies on these types of illegal tactics cannot be trusted in any capacity.

  Horrific....they double ended a deal with me, several years ago..I had to hire a real estate attorney because I was taken advantage of, and the attorney said the Marcus and Millichap contract was the worst, most one-sided contract he has ever seen....Now I am still dealing with these #$%$# as I have asked continually for 7 years to be removed from their mailing list and they REFUSE to do so....Horrific!!!
