  Fantastic customer service! I dropped my car off for recall work, and was provided a free shuttle back to my home. They called me to inform me that my car was all set, and that they were sending the shuttle back to pick me up so I could get my car back. The gentleman that drove the shuttle was absolutely amazing as well! Great customer service is few and far between these days. This dealership still has it!! Highly recommend!

  As always, the service team at the Marcotte Commercial Truck Center did great work on my 06 Mountaineer. It has 155000 miles on it, and it is running great thanks to them. New tires and a few maintenance items and they got it back to me in good time. Keep up the great work all! Eric G.

  Easy, hassle-free sales experience with Desean. Told him what I wanted and he took care of the rest. On the Finance side, Bill made sealed the experience with ensuring I talked to the right people. This is my second consecutive purchase at Marcotte, definitely recommend.

  Great staff, everyone is KIND! Maybe that's an old-fashioned word, but it says a lot. The service department is reliable, we have used them for 10+ years on our previous vehicle, and that's one reason why we returned to purchase a newer vehicle from the dealership. The showroom is great, they have a nice setup with plenty of privacy, and they have a wonderful cafe with GOOD FOOD! The sales staff are kind, the business office staff are kind, the cooks are kind, and the administrative support staff are kind! The vehicles are a commodity...you can get a Ford vehicle at any Ford dealership, you can even purchase one on-line with no human involvement (UGH). We drive 30 miles (60 miles round-trip) to go to Marcotte Ford. It is well worth it!

  Everyone was very nice, extremely helpful,j and accomodating. I love my new car and they made the transition smooth and worry free. Loved the fact that I was from out of town, and I only had to go there once and drove home with my car! They took care of everything else...

  Awesome dealership! Very knowledgeable sales dept (Leo S.) who worked together finding some answers we needed. The Finance Dept (Steve G.) was excellent with explaining all our options, all the various packages for maintenance & service, and securing a loan for us with a really sweet interest rate (better than our Credit Union!). Our truck was picture perfect upon recieving ownership (CPO) with everything as requested. No hassels with sales pitches, and no pressure to 'sign on the line' before we were ready. Overall, a very positive transaction! Thanks, Leo & Steve!

  Went in one weekend to browse their inventory and fell in love with an F-150! Unfortunately, it wasn't in my price range but with Juan Carlos Acevedo's help, I found the perfect upgrade. He treated my family generously, as everyone at this dealership does, and he really took the time to ensure I loved the vehicle I was buying. He even came in twice on his days off to help me get a spare key and finalize my inspection. I highly recommend you go to Juan Carlos if you head over to this dealership. What great people!

  Brought my GTI in for a four wheel alignment. Was told by other enthusiasts that Marcotte in Holyoke (brand new facility) did the best alignments around. My experience: Service was quick, price was good, and my alignment is perfect the first time. I've had issues at two other shops after alignment where yes the car runs straight, but my wheel was a 1/2" off center... Marcotte Ford did it right the first time.
