  It is so hard to find the proper words when you receive service from someone and a business that goes beyond any expectations that you could ever expect and for see. My journey with buying a home started 2 ½ yrs ago with a phone call to Guaranteed Rate. I connected to a warm confident voice belonging to Marc Purvis. He gave me hope that buying a home was possible if I took the following steps which were communicated to me in emails, text messages and phone conversations.  I received a step by step guide from him as to how to improve my credit and get my finances in the correct order. I  began to feel I could make it to purchasing a home with Mr. Purvis’s patient guidance.   Marc was professional, prompt, and extra helpful while we went through the approval process as first time home buyers. He worked his butt off to comply with an expedited close process and was there for us every step of the way. If i could give him 6 stars I would in a heartbeat.
