  When our small business was in dire need of a new, local banking option, we began interviewing countless banks in the Denver-metro area. After speaking with Bobby Rogers, we immediately chose Community Banks of Colorado. Bobby and the rest of the team with Community Banks of Colorado has far exceeded our expectations, so much so, that we also moved our personal accounts over from one of the largest national banks. It is incredibly refreshing to pick up the phone and talk to the same people every time you need to call your bank, not just a teleprompt. Highly, highly recommend Bobby Rogers and Community Banks of Colorado for all of your business and personal banking needs.

  This 5 stars is for the service and help from Leannn Hemenway. I had a small business account issue I tried to resolve with CBOC corporate customer service, that left such a bad taste in my mouth I was seriously considering switching banks. I called the Denver Broadway branch, and Leann saved the day. She was very understanding and went out of her way to resolve my issue. It's rare to see this level of customer service these days. Someone give this woman a raise!

  We have worked with Bobby Rogers at Community Banks of Colorado for almost a year for our business accounts. Bobby consistently goes above and beyond to meet our needs, answer our questions, and support us at every turn.   Recently went through CBC for an auto loan and got a very competitive interest rate. Bobby was great through the entire process, and my wife and I were very pleased with how things went. Bobby had great communication from start to finish which helped us always know where we were at in the process. The folks at this location do a lot for their customers and always provide top notch great customer service. Returned today to received great service from both Lindy and Bobby. 4/5.

  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience so far with Community Banks of Colorado, it truly is a community and I'm proud to be a part of it. The experience of opening a new account and meeting the entire team was incredibly personal and welcoming, I can certainly tell I won't be just a number. I had the pleasure of working with Bobby Rogers to start my relationship here, and he's been incredibly helpful in explaining and navigating the process with me. The amount of attention he gave me and how he genuinely expressed interest in who I am personally exemplifies the type of service provided at this bank. He's the type of banker you want to have on your side. Every interaction I've had with other team members has been fantastic as well. Ben and Thomas are both incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Ray is also a great resource for all sorts of loans and questions for financing, he's knowledgeable and super friendly. Can't forget Vito either! He manages the entire team here and is just another extension of how personal and friendly everybody is. He made sure to take the time to get to know me and make sure I knew he was available if I needed anything. You don't often find that level of service and care at other banks. I've never had an experience with a bank where it felt like everybody there was on my team working to make sure I was taken care of. Easy 5 start rating, no question.

  I recently had the massive joy of opening my very first business bank account! Honestly, I chose this particular branch because its reviews were better than other banks and credit unions in the area. Bobby was super helpful not only when I went in to open my account but also leading up to it via email in order to reduce the amount of time I would need to spend in the office. He made the process easy and made me feel totally welcome. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Vice President, Vito, while I was there. He was super welcoming and spoke with me about not only the history and mission of Community Banks of Colorado but also his personal history in the industry. It was refreshing to have such a relaxed conversation with someone in his position. That just doesn't happen in other places. All in all, I am so glad I chose this branch of Community banks of Colorado! Look forward to continuing and growing my business with them!

  Im a bank Midwest member, which is a sister bank to community banks of Colorado. I was in town and needed to do a wire transfer. I called up the branch downtown, I talked to Bobby Rogers and told him what was going on,he said it would be no problem at all. We set up a time and date he was very professional and helpful, he went above and beyond for me. He even helped with a bill of sale, notarize it. It was the best experience.

  If you are looking for a Bank where Everyone knows your name and they greet you like family and not a member then this bank is for you. Vito and his Team are all so helpful and really make your banking experience great. I highly recommend anyone that wants to be able to talk to your banker daily this place is for you.   Bobby and Vito have been great to work with. I have a small business and they make me feel like a giant corporation. If you're looking for a bank with a small town feel they have you covered!! Highly recommend them for business or personal banking.
