  I have had a lot of experience with Marc Afzal in the past. Buying a house is typically always a painful process, but Marc made it completely and utterly easy. I had 5 offers on the house that I wanted to purchase, and Marc was there for me. He knew it was my dream house and met with the selling agent in person on several occasions to try and help negotiate my deal. My offer beat out the others even though mine was the lowest because of Marc's persistence and negotiating style. I hope he sticks around Sacramento because if/when I get another house, he will always be my go to. I also forgot to mention that he is extremely knowledgeable about the quality, location, resale value of houses and will not be afraid to tell you not to buy a house if he feels that is isn't the right one for you.

  When I lost hope if my house would sell in this economy, Marc was there to give me hope , to support me, and that he will do his best to sell my house. Within two months , he sold my house. He is an angel, a caring honest one. with avery smooth transaction he sold my house. I highly recommend Marc. There are many realtors , you have choices, but Marc is the best, and my next house i will ask him to help me find it. Marc is experienced, knowledgeable , caring , and someone I can truly trust.

  Marc sold my house in less thank 2 days! Should I say more? He is an expert negotiator and will go out of his way for anything. Highly recommend him to either represent you on the buy or sell side. Stop wasting your time with other agents that are mediocre. Hands down one of the best agents I ever met.
