  We have used Mannisi Jewelers Pawn Shop for 35 years. They have helped create and produce most of our favorite family jewelry, from engagement rings, wedding bands, to custom pieces from loose stones-semi precious to beautiful diamonds. The pieces are beautiful and the staff is always happy clean them up when we visit. We have also, over the years purchased many quality items from them. I have purchased quite a few used musical instruments that I have been very happy with. The staff is helpful, courteous, and attentive. We highly recommend their services.

  I've been to Mannisi Jewelers Pawn Shop on Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. three times, each time I was treated with respect and fair. I don't feel that I have been taken advantage of by the jewelers. I had a ring I had to sell, Mannisi gave me the best deal out of three shops I had visited. The repairs performed there were great...CHECK THEM OUT!!!

  Excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations salesman was extremely patient with us we were working within a certain budget and I left very satisfied will definitely be returning for future purchases. We were also given a discount that was totally unexpected.I sincerely appreciated Genuine unhurried Customer Service😀

  I think this place has the best prices around! I have gotten quite a few pieces of jewelry from them! Hands down recommend them if your looking! Alex is very friendly, personable and professional!

  If I could rate zero I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. They give you information that is incorrect just to lure you into their shop with their lies. I would never go back and would recommend the same for any decent human being that is professional, serious, wants to be treated with respect and don’t have time to waste.

  Ouch, this is harsh! You called to ask if we take handbags and we told you we did. I just was not comfortable loaning $2500 on what you had. I tried to explain that in the nicest way possible. No one lied or tried to "lure you into our shop". I'm sorry it was a wasted trip for you but we were not disrespectful in any way.
