  Cory Alderman is one of a kind! He’s personable, friendly, hard-working, and so helpful! We had never met him prior to house shopping, and soon after meeting, he felt like a trusted friend! Everyone at Mann Mortgage was this way, and that put us at ease! I would HIGHLY recommend Mann Mortgage if you’re looking for first-class service that’s almost impossible to find anymore.

  I am not sure why everyone who left a rating got the 5 star service? I did not. As most people know gathering all of your financial info to get a refi is no walk in the park. After our initial contact with Jake and providing this information a few weeks went by. I called and got voice mail. A few more days and sent an email. 2 more weeks another call to voice-mail. Followed by email. After a month I called the office. That night I got a sorry email saying my financial info went to his junk mail. I replied and said to move ahead. No response so I called again and yep you got it voice-mail. I followed with another email and again voice mail only. So sad. If you couldn't help me why did you waste my time! And oh ya interest rates went up in the mean time. Mann mortgage doesn't need your business 😒

  Our experience with Chester at Mann Mortgage was beyond wonderful! Chester is personable, kind, knowledgeable and honest. Chester thoroughly explained and walked us through each step of our home buying journey, answering all our many questions. His staff is friendly as well! We highly recommend Chester and are so thankful to him for our new home!

  Working with Kim Patterson at Mann Mortgage was a very pleasant experience. Kim was very professional and informative. She explained everything that was happening during the process as well as explaining the pros and cons with every decision we made. Lindy gets special kudos for helping our VA appraisal get back on time for closing. I would highly recommend Mann Mortgage for your VA home loans.

  Another successful home purchase with the help of Mann Mortgage! This is my third time going through Chester and team (2 purchases and a refinance), and they were as helpful this time as they were the first. Huge shout out to Liz for helping keep my head on straight when additional documents were needed, and being very patient with me. My wife and I had a baby in the middle of this process and with the help of Mann Mortgage, we were able to put family first and still close on time. Thank you!!!!!!

  I would HIGHLY recommend Mann Mortgage and Chester Freeman for a home loan. We just built a new home in Walla Walla, Washington and it was a very stressful process. Chester and his assistant Liz were absolutely the best to work with. Even though they are located hours away from where we live, they were always quick to respond to every question that we had and their guidance throughout the entire process was extremely helpful :) We are so very thankful for them!

  Ben is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. This was our first home buying experience, we had plenty of questions and concerns.   Thanks to Ben and his team! My husband owns his own business which affects his taxes including the amount he reports as profit.
