  Ken has always gone above and beyond. He's a very pleasant person and always fun to talk to. He has helped us with two home purchases. He also went out of his way with helping us find a broker out of state for a third home. I have dealt with many loan brokers in the past and was not expecting to have a pleasant experience. I would recommend him to anyone needing financing on a home purchase.

  The personal (and personable) service from Ken and his team was remarkable. Ken was always available for any question or concern. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many! He was always happy to help me and reassure me. The other thing that struck me was the friendliness of everyone I interacted with. Every single interaction went above and beyond expectation in terms of being upbeat and helpful. Highly highly recommended.

  Amazing team! We had many challenges to overcome getting approved for a mortgage. Mann Mortgage walked us through all of it. I got overwhelmed and worried many times but they always walked mw off the ledge and kept it going. We got our loan on time and got a great rate. I will go nowhere else for a loan.

  If you are looking for the right person to help you on your next step to buying, I would highly recommend Derick Condron! He is a great guy to work with and really makes to process of buying a lot less stressful! Derick was always there to answer any of our questions even if it was on a Sunday night at 9:00 pm! He was amazing to work with and I would use him again in a heartbeat!
