  Cory and his team said 'yes, this will be easy' when everyone else said 'no' to me wanting a mortgage a few years ago... So when I purchase properties now, I always use Cory Henderson; he and his team have earned my loyalty and I'm even a Real Estate Agent! I have years of home sale experience under my belt and lots of lender contacts to choose from and I'm telling you they get it done and treat you well in the process. I appreciate a lender who can be creative and flexible, nimble and quick and who aren't afraid to put the effort in! I can reach Cory on weekends if I need him and he always returns my calls. I'm multiple properties and one amazing Refi into my working relationship with Mann Mortgage and they never disappoint. Thanks guys! Two thumbs up and I recommend y'all without reservation.

  Cory was great to call me back after my initial call and it went downhill from there. We are shocked this office has 10 reviews with 5 stars. There was no communication unless we initiated it with several calls. I even left messages and tried to contact someone at the home office to no avail. Cory was rude and condescending. He would not answer questions we had. He would not return calls when he said he would. We were so upset by the lack of professionalism that I took the time to summarize our interactions for future reference. When we actually reviewed how we were treated, we were disgusted by it. We were trying to refinance a rental from out of state. I assumed we were treated badly because we were not local, but that is no excuse. My first contact with Cory was on January 5. He told me it would take 6 weeks. It is April 15 and they just keep delaying. I seldom write reviews, but if I can save one person from the frustration I have had with this company, it will make up for it a little. Stay away!

  Cory and Michelle found our family an outstanding rate when refinancing our home. In addition they had good advice and a tremendous amount of patience when dealing with Wells Fargo and a subordination issue that came up during the refi process.   Corey Henderson, and his team at Mann mortgage are the best. Our refinance was fast and easy. Everything was handled over the phone, and the computer. We did have one minor issue, and Corey took care of it within 2 hours for us. We used Mann mortgage for our initial mortgage, and we will use them again in the future. We highly recommend Mann Mortgage.
