Sheila Morgan1Gentlemen (won’t mention name) was disrespectful to both me and my wife . Additionally he told me only half the story. My wife called to get some checks adjusted (issue with a certain business changing amount at time of checkout but all good ..no further issues) ….and accounting department quickly adjusted those checks because the accounting department made mistakes by not going off the legal line. Anyone can add numbers to someone’s check that’s why you go off legal written line! How scary is that? And then to say it cost them to correct “their” error? What? Many issues with this bank making errors here lately….like when my wife orders us “replacement” cards - rep shut both our cards off ? How embarrassing! Had to have a manager quickly reverse and after not being able to get through on their phones because there are 40 people ahead of you -so have to drive to branch ….pay attention please. Listen please. Should add… with this credit union 15 plus years ?! And never try to play a husband against a wife . Thank you

Janice Russell4I love this credit union and have been with them for years, but the overdraft fees are just way too much for my pocket anymore. Especially when you have them month after month and they occur 2 to 3 times a month. I'm not working anymore, so it's making it really hard to keep up with these fees.

Sharon Trimm5Always Friendly and Helpful service. The lady Latisha that helped me was so great. She took care of my problem very efficiently. She look to see what she could do and called me back the next day with the problem solved. Wish there were more customer service reps like her, she actually cared to resolve my issue.

Mary Harjo5I been going to Mainstreet for years through the Co-op shared branch program and I started having issues with my old credit union that was out of state. So it was a no brainer to switch to Mainstreet. I always get great customer service all the years I already been going there. I’m happy I made the switch!

Millie Murray5Staff are always friendly and helpful. Why anyone would use a bank instead of a credit union for day to day business is beyond comprehension. Banks do not want the competition, so continue to monitor efforts to change their status and lobby to preserve this service
