  It was a really great experience. The where explaining anything I may have needed to know and even what I’ll need to know if I plan on opening a credit card. They where happy and friendly and I was confident in trusting them. Way better then where I was banking. Definitely a ten out of ten. Would recommend.

  The lady at the counter was very helpful and and knew exactly what to do to help me. My only complaint was the lack of a drive up ATM.

  The Bonner Springs Branch is my favorite team. Sean is one of the absolute best at getting business squared away! From simple deposits to taking out a loan, they’re prepared to assist your every day needs!

  I’m only doing one star because I didn’t physically walk into a branch as I did my business through the Online Access or the Night Drop so it was like any other online or person to building experience, person less. And I kind of feel that they are desperate for feed back since they sent me 2 emails to review my experience.

  As my name suggests I’m a gamer. That being said I tend to spend my money on things that I buy off websites and other online stores. However, sometimes when I try to buy things from these online stores or websites my transactions get declined more often than not( Not a Money issue). I speak to customer service but my problem still persists. I understand that their is some sort of theft protection but, it is I whom is using mine own account and card. If you’re a gamer like me I do not recommend this banking service you’ll run into problems left and right when spending online and trying to resolve such problems with this customer service is a hassle.
