  Anthony was great to work with! He made a stressful process easy. I never even meet him in person until settlement yet he remained in constant contact via e-mail keeping me up to date at all times with what was going on. He was very quick to answer any questions I had along the way. He even found me the best rate on home owners insurance. In the middle of my transaction the entire park from whom I was buying the home was sold to a new owner. It took the new owners longer than expected to get the title switched over. Anthony remained on top of things throughout the whole ordeal, taking care of getting me an approval extension and even getting me a better rate when that expired and they had to re-run everything. The settlement itself was a breeze. There were a whole bunch of papers for me to sign but he had everything in order and explained everything I was signing and why as we went, all while still getting through the whole thing very quickly. He's a true professional and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend him if you're considering the purchase of a manufactured home.

  Anthony and his team stayed on top of the whole process and were quick to answer any questions I had during the process. As a first time home buyer, I felt like Anthony explained everything in a way that made this nerve wracking event less scary and so much easier than I expected. We spent literal months working on getting me into my home, filing extensions, changing addresses, waiting until the seller was ready... He was very professional about it all and made it clear what he was doing or why he needed such and such documentation. If I were to buy another mobile home in the future, I would definitely choose to work with them again to secure a loan.
