  Me and my fiancé have just purchased our first home with the help of Tracy Cox. She was aggressive, knowledgeable, trustworthy and knew what needed to be done to get us the house we want in this current real estate climate. We are ecstatic with the work Tracy has done for us. For first time home buyers we were obviously very new and had lots of questions and concerns with the whole process and she answered them all and then some.   We were relocating to the Raymond area and looking for a house to buy. Tracy Cox of Anne Plummer & Associates did an excellent job of finding the perfect house for us. She was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She did such a good job that we had a difficult time choosing from the many options that she showed to us. She knew what we wanted because she listened to us. She helped us immensely through the stages of buying a house and gave us good advice. Anne Plummer & Associates was conveniently located and a very comfortable place for the closing. They made buying this house simple and actually fun.

  In June 2014 I moved from my California home to be with my daughter and grand children who moved to Maine in 2013. As a native Californian I did not know much about Maine except that it was cold in the winter. I selected Anne Plummer & Associates because it seemed to have the lion's share of listings that I viewed on the Internet. Tracy Cox was my Realtor and although new to her profession, she is an excellent listener and did not waste my time looking at properties that did not fit my needs. If she didn't know an answer, she did not invent something, but told me she would find out the answer. She always was timely with her responses and was punctual for showings. All of the professionals at Anne Plummer & Associates were friendly,knowledgeable and made the buying experience memorable. I recommend this Realtor and Tracy Cox for anyone looking to find property in Maine.

  I made the worst mistake of my life when I bought a house that Anne Plummer was the listing agent for. She lied about EVERYTHING. She backed up the seller's lies, including the lies on required disclosures. The fact that she went to high school with the buyer's agent representing me, Janet Truman, made it worse. The inspector they represented also blatantly lied about the condition of the "house". Among lies told by Anne Plummer: 1) the sellers had built both the neighbor's houses 2) there wasn't an acre of buried construction waste 50ft deep 3)the private drive was private and zoning would prevent any development adjacent to the house as privacy was the single biggest thing that I needed 4,)the unfinished structure off the driveway was the closest neighbor building a garage and they would not be using my driveway. It's a house.The owners use the driveway Privacy was and is important to me, because I inherited my daughter's dogs after she was murdered, and they get upset when they can hear past. 5) the owners were skilled builders who not only knew what a carpenter's square and a level were. You have no meaningful recourse as a homebuyer in Maine. Learn from my mistakes and DON'T TRUST ANNE PLUMMER.

  I want to advise those looking to purchase property or a home in Maine should list with Maine Real Estate Choice. Anne Plumber listed my property and recently sold it for me. She made this process an easy one. I had listed with a different realtor and they never provided the information about my property that Anne uncovered.

  All I can say is what other real estate agent would meet you at a property that hadn't been plowed or shoveled right after a major snowstorm in tall winter boots, a fur hat and bright red lipstick, and hike down a big hill through the woods to show you a property? After going back and forth with bids on this property (that was tangled in a family dispute over its sale) with ultimate grace, Ginnie Spaulding didn't let the eventual sale to the family get her down. On we went looking at about a dozen different properties until we found just the right house. Ginnie even arranged a second showing so we could bring our contractor and get some measurements and quotes on the work we wanted to have done before we closed on the house. Ginnie is a joy to work with, did a great job of understanding what we were looking for and keeping our dreams in the forefront of her constant efforts to find our perfect home. I am sure we will be friends for years to come as a result of this wonderful collaboration!
