  I went into the Sudbury Branch to investigate options regarding an automobile loan to buy out a lease agreement. I sat with Branch Manager, Nich Abraham for nearly an hour. It was an extraordinary experience. He surpassed my expectations by being professional, patient, and knowledgeable, offering many suggestions and options.   Main Street Bank rises to the occasion! We needed some special documentation while away. Nick was able, with no fuss, to help us obtain all we needed. He was pleasant and personable. He quickly grasped what was needed and why. He followed up with phone calls to make sure we were all set. He is to be commended as all that the Main Street bank stands for: friendly, customer oriented, and completely helpful.

  I have banked with Main Street for over seven years now and have enjoyed a very nice relationship with the people there. They have always promptly and courteously helped me with everything from getting a copy of a check I had written (and was cashed) two months prior to prove that I had paid a bill, to helping fund my business when it slowed down due to the COVID-19 thing. Eric (the Sudbury branch manager) has gone above and beyond on many occasions to help me get things done. I can't say how grateful I am to have such good people working for me at Main Street Bank. I highly recommend you do your business here!

  I am a small business owner and am thrilled with Main Street Bank. I like that I can transfer money, within 2 days to a non-Main Street bank account. I like mobile banking so if I only have a few checks, I can do it from my phone. Very robust IT applications. Then, there's the employees at Sudbury. Friendly, polite and respectful.

  I moved to Marlborough in 2006 and began banking with Marlborough Savings Bank the same year. They eventually merged with Main Street Bank and I stayed with the new entity. Main Street's service is exemplary -- I have remained with them even though I now live in Danbury CT. They have suffered through me learning how to Mobile Deposit, they have had my back as I traveled literally around the country for business, and they have serviced my banking needs without hesitation.
