  Horrible. Approved our mortgage. Then turned around and told us we needed to get the seller to pay an additional $7500 but could not explain what this was for. Then said we could pay it ourselves by adding it to the mortgage but the house would have to appraise for an extra $7500. In the countless house transactions I've done, I've NEVER heard of such a fee. Even spoke to another bank who had never heard of such a thing. Take your business elsewhere.

  Bobby and Ted did an outstanding job with my loan. Because of their experience and knowledge of the loan process, they were able to help me out when other banks couldn’t. The service and communication were top notch. I highly recommend Magnolia Bank.

  On the contrary, to whoever wrote this childish review about Richie & Bobby, you evidently were gooned out when you wrote this. These men have worked so long & hard for me, getting my loan to go through. I can't even imagine them associating themselves with a "little boy" kind of guy that would write something so childish. You need to go back to school and learn how to Try to put down such hard workers in an adult manner. Grow up young man. I mean't little boy. Jean M.
