  Yes Maggie was great she got Myself and husband approved after We had a difficult time with previous lender. She made the impossible Possible! Only complaint is she could have communicated a little better. She took a while responding to me, But other than that No problems at all ..Thanx

  We dealt with magdalena vera,by far she made our home purchase so easy,shes very professional and knows what shes doing,unlike other loan officers she is very professional and very organized woth preparing documents for underwriting.if anyone is looking to buy a home magdalena vera is definately the person to deal with,thank you magdalena so much your the best.

  The worst possible experience ! As a first time home buyer i thought I’d be helped out and guided a little into the process but it was the complete opposite. Lender officers have no communication skills whatsoever and don’t take into consideration the client! They go MIA and take forever to respond! While I understand they have multiple files going on at the same time I would have appreciated being acknowledged and kept in the loop as to what was going on with my file every so often just so I know they were still working on it. I had to be the one on their backs all the time asking what was going on and what they needed from me so we would be able to move the process a little quicker. As I thought we were waiting on a clear to close they come back and tell me they want to completely change the application and make drastic changes to it. When I decided to go with a different lender they refused to forward the appraisal I HAD PAID FOR making things more difficult for me. Definitely would not recommend at all and I could give it zero stars I would!

  As a real estate agent, I've had my fair share of experiences with bad lenders and horrible communication but this one was one of the worst. We were continuously mislead about the buyer making their loan application on time and paying for the appraisal on time when it turns out it was not the case at all. We received the clear to close -finally- but was only given vague and one word responses when trying to actually schedule the closing. For the amount of lenders in the area- I would steer clear and find a different one.
