  This is my 2nd refinance of my mortgage and probably the easiest company to deal with. They made it seem so simple and processed my loan on time as promised. I recommend this company for all your mortgage needs. Eric and his team took care of everything from the very beginning and closed the loan as promised. I have already recommended them to all my friends. I love Madison Mortgage we closed at the rate promised and all done in 10 days with our payment coming down $800 a month.   It is not an exaggeration to say Christophe performed a miracle for us. Before we contacted him through a referral, we were working with Chase for the loan of our purchase. The process was a nightmare that dragged on for four months without fruition. It finally got to a point my wife and I were so distraught that we decided to go with another lender with only a month to spare before our time of the essence date expired (yes we were served with TOE because Chase wouldn’t let us close). Christophe was assigned to help us with the application. From the very beginning he showed great understanding of the whole loan process and began to guide us through the necessary steps we needed to take to get us to closing. He also assured us that we would be closing in two weeks that really gave us the necessary relief we needed at the moment. Needless to say that he delivered on his promise and we got our keys to our new home in two weeks. Beyond the professionalism that Christophe demonstrated, what impressed me the most was his empathy. On the several occasions where we were impatient with him, he comforted us with assurance instead of showing annoyance. Honestly, we could not have closed the house successfully without his help.
