  We were fortunate to find Joel Sodeman and team while casually searching for homes in 2017. We hit it off right away and knew that we wanted to work with him down the road when our search got more serious. Joel was supportive, communicative and thoughtful throughout the process, providing valuable advice and recommendations along the way. He endured us “just wanting to see” houses and knew before we entered a house whether or not we would even entertain taking things to the next step. Joel brought the house that we eventually purchased to us by way of his boss. He was in tune with our style and was so spot on with the property...he knew that we would love it! We did and decided right away to put an offer in. Once the offer was accepted, we made it through to close quickly and with no issues. Joel is a great realtor, who is very personable and takes the time to listen to his clients. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking to purchase or sell in the greater Lansing area!

  Erin is absolutely the best realtor we could have asked for! As first time homebuyers who had no idea how to even begin the homebuying process, we were very concerned about finding the right realtor. Erin was phenomenal! We weren't sure where we wanted to buy and she worked with us and showed us houses outside of the Lansing area as well as inside Lansing. She was always available and prepared! We absolutely adore her and never want to work with anyone else. She will be our first call for any home wants or needs! She is our realtor for life!   Joel Sodeman is the best realtor I've ever met. He worked with me for over two years until I found the perfect house. He is extremely patient, professional, flexible, and honest. He's taught me so much about the home business as this was my first house, and I never once felt I was putting him out or bothering him with all my questions and requests. I truly consider him a friend and the only downside to buying my new home will be seeing him less.

  We worked with Matt Hayhow to purchase our first home and he made the process surprisingly seamless! He was very attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Also very up front and honest with answers to our questions so there were no unnecessary surprises. Would definitely work with him in the future!

  Jeffery Kelley helped my sister find her first house a few years ago, so when I started looking for my own I knew he was the realtor for the job.   Our entire home buying process was, simply put, amazing. Joel Sodeman was very professional and honest. If you are looking for a home and don't want to be pushed into a house by a salesman only in it for the money, Joel is your guy. He set appointments, made phone calls, asked the right questions, and did everything in such a timely manner. When he showed us houses, he gave us honest feedback about things we didn't even notice. His knowledge on home buying is tremendous. Joel helped us find, not just a house, but our home!

  Erin Munich did it again!!! She has helped us buy two properties and most recently, helped us sell a property in 2 days. Erin’s advice was spot- on through out the whole process. She determined the correct price for the property, which was later verified by a licensed appraiser. She also knew the other professionals involved in the transaction and made a quick closing happen. After the sale, when a problem occurred, Erin took charge and remedied the problem in a quick and professional manner. Erin is my realtor for life!
