  Jessica Giles in the Brewer office is amazing! We weren't sure if our business would qualify for a PPP loan, but she took the time to meet with us and guided us through the entire process. She was incredibly responsive to questions and kept us updated on the status of the loan. Great experience!

  My son uses your ATM machine often and has lost his card due to your 30 second removal of the card and this has happened twice! You need to change the way the ATM works! Now he has no card for the weekend.Please consider changing the Machine the older costumers and the ones who are slower can punch a code or something and retrieve there card this system simply is not working it’s a HUGE inconvenience for some of your so called valuable costumers. Once again it’s not the humans it the machines ! Thank You!

  Audrey, thank you for taking the time and letting us know about the ATM machine. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you and also your son. I have passed this information to our team so that we can take measures to prevent this going forward. In doing so, I also learned that our ATM machines are now updated so that the card must be taken out before cash is dispensed. The Bar Harbor branch can help your son get a new card issued today, if that has not been addressed yet. Please let me know if you have any questions.
