  Troy was invaluable during the stressful home buying process. If he can do it, he will get the best rate, if he could not, he just tells you so and ask you to look for other options with great suggestions. Very honest and has the interest of customers at heart. Not about making money but focused on doing good business. Highly recommend!

  Troy was extremely helpful, from helping show a house to getting me finance at as low of rate as possible. I still connect with him to check bout refinancing my house from time t time. But he'd got me such a good rate that it has not been worth refinancing as of yet. We were impressed with Troy the first time we met him in the office. He never lied to us or gave us false information of any kind. If something was unsure at the time he told us. His honesty sold us on him also. You will not find a better financial person if you are purchasing a property.
