  My father in law died and I haven't been able to get the branch manger, Mike, to help me. I have called for the past week and no one has called me back. Vernon who I originally talked to was unhelpful and not compassionate. I live out of town so will have to travel 10 hours to come in for help. I highly recommend anyone considering this branch to HOPE that no one dies in their family. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a bank.

  I have been a customer for many many years. The service is exceptional. Every employee in the branch has always been very accommodating and has shown appreciation for my business each time I enter the branch. Customer service is a priority to me and this branch sincerely delivers the best.

  I have been dealing with this bank for many, many years and find that the staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. I have never had any problems. Great bank.

  The staff was VERY NASTY and rude and the bank manager is very nasty and rude. The so called service is deplorable and they have the police on speed dial. Really weird and dangerous place.

  It has to be the worst bank I have ever been to They really don't care about any kind of reputation all I asked for is something saying I had an account there even though I had an account there for 6 months or more they couldn't give me something saying that
