  Worse bank ever, charged me a $38 over draft fees after i already paid what was taken out! I set it up as no overdrafts if their was not enough funds in my account! They still allow them to come off over the internet!!! I found a new bank that doesn't allow any overdrafts even if its a few cents!! I will be calling tomorrow and closing my account with M&T! IF you wanna get screwed over go to M&T bank....

  I gave never had a problem with M and T. My experience with them was so superior to my bank when I opened my checking account that I opened a mortgage loan with them. I am a happy account holder for 6 years and counting.

  There is no one here. I came to the front and explained that my stepmom passed away, and we needed to close the account. We were asked to take a seat and Someone would be right with us. The teller helped 3 people who came in after us and then walked away. It’s 20 Minutes, we are still waiting
