They never pick up the phone. Talk about bad service. I've called several times over the last few days and NOBODY answered.

So I'll be honest.. a lot of what m&t offers seems to not interest me or I dont agree with.. but Mr.St John is the reason I wont leave this bank. You want to feel like family? Be respected when you walk in? This is the place. Hes worth every star.

Just close it... They always seem late there. 9am is 9am not 920am. This morning 910am didn't even have the containers in the tube and ready and the lady never even acknowledge me while i sat there and stared at her. No good morning no hello no hey I need 10 minutes. Sat and waited 5 minutes still no tube or anything from the lady working there. This isnt the first time this has happened here either.
