  Thanks Paul for always coming through with my banking needs. This is a great and convenient location. I have been coming to m&t for quite some years now and the only complaint I ha e is when the app is down or I can't withdraw money at night.

  (This is a Tops grocery store with an M&T Bank inside.)I came here specifically because there is an M&T bank inside. Business hours said the bank is open from 9am-1 on saturday..but low and behold, it was closed...It's really frustrating. Please change the business hours on your website!

  Fantastic people. I recently did cash back for $30 and then notice it took an additional $30, so i called one of the workers named " Eddie " and he filed a dispute for me ( over the phone ) and i got me money back within a couple of days! The employees are caring and though and will do anything to help you with your problem

  The banks states that it is open Saturdays 9am-1pm. So I ran from my hotel 2 miles just to find out that it hasn't been open on a Saturday for a year. Very irritating...

  Hours say they are open on Saturdays. I went over a little over 2 hours before they were supposed to close and they hadn’t been opening Saturdays for a long time. Please update your hours online.
