I’ve been banking with provident bank before M&T took over at St Johns Ln location and the staff moved to this center. I’m with this bank for more than 15 years now and I’m so thankful to everyone for helping me with getting consolidation loans and setting up accounts for my family. Everyone carries a professional demeanor. Most of the transactions can be processed online but I always want to stop by the center to meet the lovely and caring staff!

For some reason, this place didn't allow me to withdraw money inside with withdrawal slip. I had some business to take inside, but the teller just told me to go out, use ATM, then come back. This happened twice. Is this the policy of the bank? Or the teller just didn't want to bother with that? Either way, I was highly disappointed. Maybe I should start considering other bank.
