  My experience here today was great! Jennifer answered the phone when I called to see what I needed to do to come in and get $20 worth of quarters. I called for 2 reasons: 1) COVID-19 is currently a thing and this branch doesn't have a drive-thru, so I wanted to be sure that their posted hours online were correct, and 2) because of the coronavirus pandemic there is a national coin shortage, so I wanted to be sure that they had enough quarters for me. I walked in and Jennifer was there to greet me and once I gave her the cash and my bank card to verify that I had an account with them, she quickly went and retrieved my quarters. And, she was very nice about the whole thing. I don't know who the other reviews refer to about "rude customer service", but that wasn't Jennifer. PARKING = 21 Ingleside Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228 As I was about to leave, I asked Jennifer about where I should have parked because I didn't see any M&T signage in the lot where Google told me to park. A nice mural of Catonsville, but not anything indicating that this was a parking lot for bank customers. Rather, there were signs posted about it being a private lot and people would get towed if they weren't the "right" people. She said that the bank had a lot down a block or two in the opposite direction that I parked. I thanked her and went to investigate. Sure enough, about 2 blocks away was the M&T Parking lot. So basically you park and then walk a couple of blocks to the bank. Since Google has it wrong, here is the correct address for the parking lot: 21 Ingleside Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228. If you're coming from the East on Frederick Rd, turn left at Bloomsbury Rd (which is actually Ingleside Rd). Google may tell you to turn right at the light (but hopefully it gets fixed soon so this part of the review is no longer needed). If you're coming from the West on Frederick Rd, turn Right at Bloomsbury/Ingleside Rd. Google may tell you to turn left at the light (but hopefully it gets fixed soon so this part of the review is no longer needed).

  Ms. Brittany (Branch Manager) was so sweet to me today and very helpful. I came in rushing 10 minutes before closing and she helped me so fast! And also gave me some words of encouragement!

  I'm not an account holder at this bank and never would be. I was treated like I shouldn't even be there when I tried to cash a check . It's unbelievable that they want 2%to cash a check ! I can see why nobody was in there even on a Friday afternoon. The teller's are rude and stuckup

  Worst possible experience with a bank. Everything they used as a sales pitch to convince me to open an account I did not need nor want I never received because before the 48 hour period it takes money to clear that they don't explain until after the long drawn out process with under educated and under qualified "professionals". I used an ID that was good enough to OPEN an account but not to get my money back FROM my account THEN their idea of customer service is speaking to you like you're ignorant and know nothing about the financial industry and process. So they closed my account out and DID NOT include the $150 incentive that was the ONLY reason I would have even entertained opening a new account with such a horribly known bank in our area. Unfortunately they have those cool "Ravens" cards and commercials haha luckily this pathetic experience was recorded along with the grievance of an older woman who had a substantially uncomfortable experience with this same bank and when I was leaving she could not help but voice her opinion on closing her account and how many problems she has had with M&T as well. If you are tricked by incentives get your reward and get out when you can this is not a customer service oriented organization...

  I'm very happy with this branch. Friendly employees and rarely any wait time. It's the only branch I'll go to locally since all the other branches are constantly crowded and the employees are slow and the wait tI'm is ridiculous.

  I had to stop doing business with them because the bad guys changed my info on the account and I couldn't verify the info they put on my account.

  Horrible customer service , I have given my feedback few times . Hasn’t seen any changes . If it’s not for rep. Name Aisha I would have left long time ago .
