  The manager of the bank is incompetent and lies about his dealings with customers. He becomes hysterical agitated and cannot deal with complex situations. Poor public relation skills, and a terrible representative for M&T Bank. Don't bank there - you will end up losing money. Go to a different bank for your own good.

  For some reason the clerks are super rude, they seem to collectively act like they are being put out by doing their job. Ive received the snarky "well do you have the ap." comment a few times...its temping to get the ap just so they cut your f*ing hours. I drive an extra 10 minutes to the latta longpond branch just to avoid these lackluster people with salty attitudes.
