  Hi everyone I am writing to advise you to be careful with this person who claims he can help. He is lying about what he posited because I only inquired, I never even submitted information to him. So here below he is making it seem as if I went through a process and got denied due to a bad background report. Here's a photo of our text session where he decided to tell me how to handle my business. Unprofessional and just mad because I left a negative review for the lack of his response. But I have time to show proof today!

We do a very thorough employment and income check. We do not accept everyone just because they are willing to pay for our services. We do not charge any application fees to see if we can assist. Our 3rd party lender app charges $10 for the report. This is to assess your current income and financial stability. As you can see there is no way to pay us online. We cannot commit to helping anyone until we have seen the employment and income information. Criminal background is immediate disqualification. We do not check the criminal , the properties check this themselves

  Called several times no answer no call back. I also tried to locate the office in Perryhall, couldn't find it. Is this place real?
