  This place is a complete scam. The owner acts like he knows what he is talking about but he does not or he is just lyeing in order to rip you off. I came in this place with a 14-k Gold necklace and about 3 silver necklaces and 4 silver pendants. I told him I need as much money as I can get in order to get a breathing machine for my mother who is in a old folks home. In order for her to come home I need this machine. I told him this and he offers me $145 for EVERYTHING. I was going to do it but god/luck was in my favor. I forgot my wallet at home. So I told him I'd be back. On the way back i stopped at Saul's Loan & Jewelry in oxnard just to get a quick second option/opinion. Well for just the gold necklace alone the owner gave my $415. The man who helped me at sauls also gave me advice on where to get a breathing machine and you can tell he actually listened to me. I'm willing to bet this dump aka "lucky pawn" will be shut down in no time. So in all what I'm trying to say is ONLY go here if u want to get lied to your face and treated like the scum of the earth. Ha, lucky my as$$

  The owner has helped me out numerous times as a new customer. Most importantly when I was struggling and needed quick cash. I've never had a bad experience there and would advise anyone to visit with an open mind.

  The only way this place is lucky is that it's lucky to be in business. Worst pawn shop I've ever been to. The place seems to only accepts instruments and jewelry but not things like electronics, computer monitors, etc. Limited selection, tacky jewelry. The owner is rude, creepy, and curses beneath his breath. The loan amount is smaller than any other pawn shop I've visited. The standard every other place is 1/4 the retail cost, here I got 1/5 and the interest was half the loan amount! Also, when I returned to get my guitar out of pawn, I wasn't allowed to pay with a debit card and so had to go to an ATM to get cash. The owner said this was by law which shows his ignorance of the industry.

  Well I've had some very good experiences at this Store. If you act like a dmbsht you'll probably be treated as such. BEST Guitar and Amp Deals in Town. And now their featuring Ellis, an excellent guitartech. Special this month, new strings. All the top brands, best prices in town and you know you need them. NAZ

  I purchased a beautiful ring here, and I got an amazing deal, and my price included getting it resized and cleaned. Raul was incredibly helpful and kind. I’m already recommending this place to a friend. It’s definitely worth at least looking!!

  took these guys some really expensive diamonds and jewelry that I got from Kay's and they didn't even know if it was real and couldn't tell. they said they only take big diamonds and gold but I looked at their displays case and it looks like it's full of a bunch of costume jewelry. these guys are uneducated in jewelry don't give out loans and don't even offer 5% of what you paid for something. Worst pawn shop ever been to.

  Owner is rude and disrespectful towards customers... I wouldn't do business with him even if he paid me double what my product is worth... I researched what I was taking to him and saw cheap merchandise way overpriced.. Couldn't believe his all out rudeness. DO NOT GO THETE FOR A FAIR PRICE ON ANYTHING!!!! Can't stress that enough....

  Dont go here owner very condescending!! Website says electronics then drive there and doesn't take a almost new 500 dollar tablet on pawn ! Dont waste your time and gas with this guy !
