  Bad service. Went in to see about a loan or a school to help with my car currently financed through them. From start to finish, the old man helping didnt really even try to help me find a solution with my problem. Kept asking me, your a student so you dont have a job? Uh, yes I do I work 38-40 hours a week just to get by so I dont have any money. He then asked, dont you have parents helping you? I only have my mom, which she has low income. As soon as I pay off my car never doing business here again, just snotty and stuck up.

  I love this bank.they financed me when nobody else would. David mendrano is the very best loan officer and manager at the American national bank branches.

  Wish I could give this bank negative stars!!! Had my account for 3 WEEKS and closed it because they made so many mistakes!!!! First they deposited my money in the WRONG ACCOUNT, told me I was POSITIVE when I was NEGATIVE, I tried to get my money out and close the account and they said I had no money in my savings!!! BULL CRAP I had my receipts and no one had access to my account. Worst damn banking experience I have ever had!!!

  Great place to do business!! Everyone at American is easy to deal with and they are always looking to help you. Roger and his team are the best in town.
