  I gave a low rating not because of professionalism or bad attitude. The ladies are very nice, all but 1 I think. However, I cannot and will not endorse a place that sends people to court while Covid ramifications are still widespread. No one should be taken to court for loans, evictions or what not until the worse of the unemployment fallout from Covid has past. This simply an immoral thing to do right now and bewilders me that it's being done.

  I absolutely love the ladies at loyal loans! Always friendly and will work with you about payments. I highly recommend them if you need a loan.

  They are friendly and helpful when you need. Once approved you start small but allow to get bigger loan later on. It is cash only payments.

  This is an awesome loan company they're very friendly anytime you go into the store they're always smiling and joking with you I mean they treat you like part of family there are excellent company to work with I would highly recommend this company to anybody based on their valuable customer service thank you loyal loans

  The woman I spoke to today was really rude! She had a terrible attitude and wouldn't allow me to answer any of her questions! It was very unprofessional and for no reason. It upset me to the point that my hand was shaking. I literally do not know why she addressed me this way. I hope no one else has this experience.
