      I made the best decision when I selected Lowder New Homes Stoneybrooke neighborhood for my forever home. The location is perfect, in city limits with a country feel. Stoneybrooke offer an extensive selection of floor plans to choose from and uses only quality materials in building their residents future home. Lowder New Homes team is courteous, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Come by the model home and see Builder Representative Cyndi Watson to get more detailed information. You will not regret it!!!

      I absolutely love my new home. I told my husband I am sad we are only here for 3 years. I wish I can pick it up and take it with me. It is so beautiful. The neighbor is quiet and we’ll kept. I will definitely recommend starting here when looking for a home. The staff us amazing, cyndi and Chris are amazing at what they do. Very responsive, understands your needs and wants and make it happen. Thank for making this experience everything. Even after I closed on my home. They are still there when I need them. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

      Do NOT buy a home from this builder. We bought new and have had nothing but trouble due to their shoddy workmanship and use of cheap, inferior materials. Here are just a few of the problems: - Water line outside, near the meter sprang a bad leak. That cost $800. - Water line inside the house leaked and flooded the house. The cause was a dry wall screw that was screwed right into the copper line. Cost $3600 - Countertops delaminated after two years - Very cheap carpet wore out after three years - Very cheap appliances started breaking down after two years. I could go on and on. You should really look for a different builder if you're in the market for a new home.
