  Our experience so far is awesome - we bought two homes from Lowder already. 👍👍 We just bought our second home from Lowder Homes. Now we moved back in October to our new neighborhood Woodland Creek and we love it there now. The house is very beautiful and same thing we needed a few things repair and the service has been OUTSTANDING. From Ms. Suzanne to our builder and Dough has been really professionals and best service ever. We couldn't ask for better place to live and a better company to own a house from.

  The first house we bought was built by Lowder New Homes. We loved it so much that we decided to build our second home with them. They are a delight to work with! Make sure you meet with Suzanne when you want to discuss floor plans. She is very knowledgeable and has great ideas about tweaking things here and there! In addition, she helped answer any questions we had throughout the entire building process. We had a wonderful time picking out finishes with Elizabeth at the design center. She provides wonderful input where needed. Jake was our builder, and we couldn’t have hand picked a better one! He was very attentive and was only a phone call away if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend Lowder to anyone interested in building or buying a new home.

  Lowder built our first home and I must say it was a great experience. Cyndi Watson was always willing to answer my questions and went to great lengths to price our many upgrades. Robert Fike made sure that all my building concerns were satisfied and that every punch list item was completed. Elizabeth made it easy for us to choose our design center items. I am glad we chose Lowder!

  We built a house with Lowder two years. We never imagined needing to move again so soon. However, when we found ourselves needing more space, we instantly went back to Lowder.   I have built THREE homes with Lowder and have loved every one of them. They make the building process easy and fun. Their one year warranty is even better than it sounds. If you've ever built a home you know that by the end, you can be ready to be done with each other and part ways. That is not true with Lowder. These people have all become my friends and neighbors. They are invested in the neighborhoods they build and it shows.
