  Even though we can't afford to live here just yet. Meritage Homes and Lost River come out of our mouth all the time. This location is a dream come true!!! If I could make a wish it would be for a 5 bedroom home at Lost River ❤️.

  Bought from other buildings before and I can honestly say Meritage homes are way very quality than any other. They use only true professionals, from plumbing to electrical my home was built to last. I could not be happier with my home and the community I live in. Neighbors here are the best we are a big happy family and we truly care for each other. I love Lost River ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Very poorly built homes like most homes built these days. Workers are paid very little to throw up as many homes as possible with no regard to quality. Very poor cleaners. 2 weeks after move in and they still haven't cleaned our windows. Lots of paint on our upgraded carpet. Lots of gouges in the drywall. Workers left the tub filled with water to use as their personal toilet and still can't get the smell out. Plumbers drilled right into the 2nd floor drain pipe and then only wanted to epoxy it. Design center offers only poor quality choices like Shaw hardwood. Sales reps are typical, glorify the home and make promises to make the sale then abandon the homeowner once they have your money. Builder Michael is overworked due to all the homes he has to organize and a plethora of mistakes he has to schedule for repairs. Currently the neighborhood is dealing with nasty sewage smell. HOA is very restrictive and is already $465 / year. Located in poor school zone as well, Woodmont. The one good thing i have to say is the community is excellent and very friendly.

  Meritage homes are top quality homes, and this community it’s absolutely the best. Great schools and all the shopping plazas are whiting a 5 minutes drive.

  We walked from the house before construction was completed. The home was unsafe, and the builder was unwilling to properly repair the issues they had caused.
