  Ive had this bank for a while and i havent had any problems at all with them so far. and I had Nilsa help me with refinancing the loan for my car and it couldnt have gone smoother. super nice and helpful for getting me onto a better path for my loan.

  Very friendly staff, I’ve talked to Kaitlyn on the phone and she was very sweet and helpful, it’s nice that she engages with customers that way :) I highly recommend using them !

  I recently lost a check in the ATM due to my own ignorance. Thankfully the great staff at Lormet found it and out it in my account. They are AWESOME!!!!!

  I recently received a questionable check from someone acting as a potential employer. Terry and Irene worked with me to help me stay protected. Terry called and talked to the company that was supposed to have written the check and Irene helped me set up a separate Checking that will insulate my future earnings from the rest of my finances. This may seem like a routine days work for them but to me as a customer it was very impressing that they would go to the effort to make sure my issues were resolved. I have had very few problems over the years, but every time I have a problem I am reminded again why I have remained a customer here for so long. They provide excellent customer service!!

  Don't bother trying to refinance an auto loan unless you have perfect credit. They only want to help the wealthy, they don't care about anyone else. Just another greedy bank. I'd rate zero if possible. Update to response: Typical scripted response... All of my car payments are made on time and in full, as well as all other bills and payments. I happen to have less than perfect credit at the moment and lormet turned the other way, unwilling to help with an auto refinance. I hope your family members don't run into people like you if they happen to have less than perfect credit. Companies like this just make me sad for humanity.

Perfection has never been nor will ever be an underwriting consideration; however, all loan requests follow generally practiced underwriting standards such as employment history, payment performance with others, collateral value, income-debt ratios, etc. We have found that credit history is the best gauge for future loan performance. Credit Unions are financial cooperatives unlike for-profit banks, and our members are our owners. We have been entrusted by our members to lend their savings, retirement accounts, and financial resources in a responsible manner.
