  We were first time home buyers, Lori helped us do a USDA loan to purchase our condo. From the very beginning she was very helpful and informative. She had us preapproved right there in the office. The process was a breeze. Lori and her loan team were great, helpful, and transparent. Lori was always a phone call, email, or even a text away. What the made the process the best was the fact that the majority of the signing of documents is via Docusign and FlashClose so closing was literally 20 minutes. You can utilize their web portal to upload the necessary documents. From preapproval to close, Guaranteed Rate and in particular Lori and her team were awesome.   For first time homebuyers with 3 applicants who found the house and then the lender, Lori was just fantastic. She was patient with our seven million questions and our 3 opposing shifts, and was always a phone call or email away. We always felt our money was in good hands and we weren't being swindled.
