  Best credit union in Idaho Falls by a long shot! I would recommend banking here over any other bank or credit union. 10/10 customer service; The staff are wonderfully helpful and truly care about their customers! Makes banking and all its hassles a little easier!

  I've been with this bank since I was 12 and I've always had minimal problems that were usually self caused. The branch members are always friendly and the app is easy to use. If you are in Idaho falls or pocatello I highly recommend this branch. The only reason I had to close my account was because I'm moving very far away and it would be too difficult to stay with them.

  Mortgage rates are great. Customer service is terrible. They don’t have my name correct on the loan and I have to argue with them on the phone after being forwarded, and on hold for over an hour. I’ve sent them insurance information twice, and still get letters demanding I get home owner insurance or they are going to take a policy out on my property. Hopefully the third time trying to rectify this problem had finally worked....

  Service has gone down hill at this place takes forever not really member oriented since switching from Scenic Falls and ISU. I wouldn't say lacking in customer service because they don't have any

  Before it became isu credit union it was scenic falls credit union. I've been banking there for the last 15 years. Always respectful. They treat me like family. I highly recommend this bank period.

  Every staff member I interacted with while setting up a new account was wildly helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
