Nima Khani1Paid off my loan a couple of months ago(2years earlier than it was supposed to be paid off by min payment) and after many calls and email, it still shows on my credit report as I haven't made a payment for 7 months :| This affected my financial life big time and IDK how far unprofessionalism has to go? What a shame...

Night Hawk3Hmm. Need to be more specific. We refianced our car. Offeres 6 months pay free. But dont explain clearly that we will have to pay them back with interest. You shouldnt try to huzzle a new customer. But other than okay service. And the staff their are very attractive and polite.

DJ Nu-Mark UncleNu1Let's see here. I tried to apply for a simple savings account online, a very lengthy application that resulted in me being denied. A notification popped up at the end of my denial saying a customer rep would contact me to help out....waited a week no phone call or email. I tried the application process again with the exact same result. I then decided to contact their customer support hotline because their chat hotline is always out of order. When I spoke to a rep on the phone they transferred me to someone that could see that I was denied but couldn't help me one bit in opening a savings account. She suggested that I go in person to a branch....which really can be tricky since I travel for a living...but I made time and went to the branch in Burbank. This branch told me there is a 2 1/2 hour wait to even speak with a branch employee to open my account. I asked if they were giving away free gold or something? I ended up having make an appointment 3 days later. There's no shortage of banks people....it's 2017. Step up your game. I don't understand this level of unprofessional business.

Our Burbank branch is one of our busiest locations, which is a good problem for us to have, but unfortunately that means that walk-ins can experience long wait times and making appointments are encouraged. It seems that we did not offer you the option of making an appointment prior to visiting the branch. I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at coming to the branch and needing to make an appointment. Since you made an appointment for a few days after that initial visit, and you may have already visited the branch again, please let me know if there are any questions or concerns we can address further. Bob S1The worst financial institutions ever , People working in there are liers ,unprofessional ,unhelpful bunch of idiots in one place. Names Eddie Machuca loan officer unprofessional has no respect for customers and has no idea what is he doing . Jennifer Albert sales operation coordinator She has no idea how to take care of the customers and resolve the simple problems . Long story short Unhelpful ,unorganized , uninformed,unprofessional Financial institutions and staff working there is worst.!!!!!!!! Never choose this bank!!!!! Don’t trust this institution !!!!!! Never apply for any loans !!!!! Do not do business with them !!!!! There are many better instructions that you can do business with !!!

K Chloe1False advertising. They advertise that they can/will use the same credit report (if pulled within 60 days) if you open an account or credit line with them to offer other products or loans. However, this is NOT the case. In speaking to them, I was advised that they needed to do another hard pull for consideration stating that my "credit report likely took a dip since I first opened an account with them, thus they would need to run it again." If that's the case, then why would you advertise that you have no problem using the same credit report? The accounts were opened two weeks prior. I have money transfers pending into them, which now I will reverse and take all money out and close the accounts. VERY MISLEADING.

I only wish i could say the same for the UK banks that i have had to deal with . I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Evelyn at Logix in Burbank , she really is a credit to your bank.

Qunem serjinsarksyanin1This bank and their employers are total jokes! The worst!! I left my work early so can be there before it closes cuz I had to get loan for the business I planned to start. My credit card score is very high. My friend adviced me to get a loan from this bank. I have never heard about it. I was like ok let me take your advice. So I go there and this girl asked me questions like where am I working and how long I have been working there I said that I recently changed my work place and it's already 3 month I have been working in my new work place. I changed my work cuz they money I make in my current work place is 10 times higher. So thy run my credit card and as I said my score was very high so I got qualified. Then she gave me a paper where it said I'm quailed I just had to show them my last 2 months payback and open a card with their bank I ran back to get my the papers I needed then came back so could get the job fines cuz needed the loan asap. Then the girl who was helping me before was busy so this man helped me to continue. After doing several things on computer he told me that I'm they decided to not give me a loan since my my new work had short history period. I told them that I worked before and recently changed my work cuz of the better money and they run my credit score and it was high and I got qualified and I showed and after wasting my whole time sending me after papers and all they decided that my my new work place history is short? Is this some kind of joke? Wth? Doesn't make sense at all. I hated the guy who was helping me wish could remember his name. I was so shocked and my main concern was that they run my credit score! Which I could somehow sue this bank and their employees I just wish they could pay for my time and the stress they gave me. The worst bank ever!

Victor Caballero5This location is always busy and has super long waits!, After a few minutes someone must have noticed they starting taking people at all the available member service desks. A useful feature as mentioned by Logix is the Traffic feature on Google, and it surely showed a high level of members.

Burbank is one of our more popular branches, given its location, and depending on the time of day, it does get busy.
