  If you’re looking for the best Credit Union that truly takes care of their customers, LOC Federal is the one! While we currently reside in FL, we have been with LOC for 20+ years and will never leave. I say that so boldly because of actions that Crystal (Wietecha) Thoman continues to impress us with simple going above and beyond any role that her title says to make 100% certain their LOC member is taken care of. Crystal plays for the team name on the front of the jersey, not the back. Thank you Crystal and LOC Federal Credit leadership for building and retaining great teams.   It would be great if LOC Hartland was open earlier, or have a drive thru open earlier like 9AM and untill 6PM Fridays for working People.

  The best fiscal thing that we have ever done was meet Crystal! Set us on a course to straighten us out and then connected us with the key players to make it happen! Closed all my accounts with the big 3.. i know who i am always dealing with from now on.

  My husband and I have always had amazing service through LOC Federal Credit Union. We especially love working with Crystal Wietecha at the Hartland branch - we have worked with her for years and cannot recommend her enough.   I cant say enough about Crystal Wietecha from the Hartland Branch. I had Crystal help me with 2 loans when she was working at the Howell branch and have moved my business to her in Hartland. She makes LOC even better! Keep up the great work Crystal!!
