  Alex was fantastic to work with on our re-fi. He kept us in the loop the entire time and was prompt with replies. We received a great rate, closing was a breeze and close to home for us. Highly recommend both Michigan First Mortgage and our loan officer Alex Ibrahim. Title company used was phenomenal as well!

  I had the grand experience of working with Alex Ibrahim and might i say what a great experience. This was my first home purchase and from pre-approval to the final close Alex was great. Mr. Ibrahim went above and be the call of duty as a mortgage officer to make sure not only was my loan closed but i close at the best rate possible.   o Don’t bother going to anyone else! I shopped EVERY competitor exhaustively (major mortgage brokers, banks, credit unions, etc.), and not only did Alex Ibrahim of Michigan First Credit Union beat everyone else on every category (best interest rate, best fees and costs, best terms), he DESTROYED everyone else. In-fact, I was so taken aback that I analyzed Alex’s offer meticulously just to make sure I was reading what I thought I was, since the competition was so far behind. Even if a competitor changed their terms so the interest rate would be close, then they wanted an ARM. If they did a fixed-rate, then the fees were off the charts. Let me quote what one competitor at Quicken Loans told me when I shopped Alex’s numbers against theirs: “If [Alex] is really offering you that rate, those fees, and those terms, then you should go for it. I simply can’t match that.” All that said, even if Alex were lacking in other departments, there would still be no competition – but he wasn’t – he was the whole package; prompt, attentive, informative, and he gives direct answers to direct questions in a timely fashion. When you need to feel like things are being taken care of without hounding your broker, Alex is your guy. Honestly, I just can’t say enough about Alex Ibrahim. Even if you’ve already got a broker and a rate and terms that you’re satisfied with, I would highly, highly encourage you to just take 30 seconds, pick-up the phone, and call Alex at MFCU, because that one call just might improve your life over the term of your mortgage for years to come.

  Normally most of agents had worked very late and asked too much documents. It was a fortune to meet Alex. Alex was a very different agent, and he worked very fast, so I got my refinance successfully.
